Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services supplied by Jashlin Pest Control to our customers across Sydney. By booking or requesting a service with us, you agree to the terms set out on this page.

Jashlin Pest Control delivers general pest control, termite management, rodent control, bed bug treatment, pre-purchase inspections and commercial pest management across all of Sydney. We provide a free quote before any work begins, unless you tell us otherwise.

Quotes are free, no-obligation, and based on the details you provide. The final price can change if what we find on site differs from what you described, such as a larger property or a more severe infestation. Any adjustment is confirmed with you before we proceed.

On-site pest inspections are charged at $100. This covers the technician's attendance and property inspection, and is payable whether or not you go ahead with a treatment.

To reschedule or cancel, let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the visit, or when our technician can't get access at the agreed time, may attract a fee.

We'll always try to fit in same-day and urgent requests wherever we can.

If your service includes a follow-up or re-treatment, it applies within the timeframe and conditions your technician sets out. Results can vary depending on access to the property, hygiene and the surrounding environment.

These terms do not limit any rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, our liability is capped at re-supplying the service or refunding its cost. We accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss.
